RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
PALOS VERDES APPROVING A REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR PROJECT AREA
NO. 1 OF THE RANCHO PALOS VERDES REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND
FINDING IT IN CONFORMITY WITH THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO PALOS VERDES
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES HEREBY
FINDS, DETERMINES, RESOLVES AND ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The draft Environmental Impact Report prepared for the
Redevelopment Plan for Project Area No. 1 was presented to the Planning
Commission and the Planning Commission reviewed and considered the
information contained in the draft Environmental Impact Report prior to
recommending to the City Council of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes that
the Redevelopment Plan for Project Area No. 1 be adopted.
Section 2: The Planning Commission hereby reports that the Redevelop-
ment Plan for Project Area No. 1 conforms to the General Plan of the City
of Rancho Palos Verdes.
Section 3: The Planning Commission hereby recommends that such
Redevelopment Plan be approved and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Rancho Palos Verdes.
Section 4: Any real property to be acquired by dedication or other-
wise for street, square, park or other public purposes, any real property
to be disposed of, any street to be vacated or abandoned and any public
building or structure to be constructed or authorized to be constructed,
pursuant to such Redevelopment Plan is in accordance with the General Plan
of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes.
Section 5: The Secretary of the Planning Commission is hereby authorized
and directed to transmit a copy of this Resolution to the City Council of the
City of Rancho Palos Verdes and to the Rancho Palos Verdes Redevelopment Agency.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 13th day of November, 1984.
