PC RES 1984-026 111 III/ RESOLUTION P.C. NO. 84- 26 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #93 AND THE FINAL NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT 1455 WHEREAS, Green Hills Memorial Park has made application to construct a new mausoleum and lawn crypt interment area in their existing cemetary facility at 27501 South Western Avenue; and WHEREAS, after a public hearing was held an September 25, 1984, at which time all interested parties were given an opportunity to be heard and present evidence. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLOWS: Section 1 : That the site for the proposed mausoleum and lawn crypts is adequate in size and shape to accommodate said use; Section 2: That the site for the proposed mausoleum and lawn crypts is adequately served for access by Western.Avenue and internal circulation patterns; Section 3: That by approving said mausoleum and lawn crypts at this specific location, there wi l l l be no significant adverse effect on adjacent properties or the permitted uses thereof; and Section 4: That the proposed uses conform to the General Plan. Section 5: For the foregoing reasons, the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes hereby approves Conditional Use Permit No. 93 and the Final Negative Declaration for Environmental Assessment #455, subject to conditions found in Exhibit A, attached hereto. NO. 84-26 (1 ) During construction phases of the proposed mausoleum and lawn crypt interment areas, appropriate dust control measures shall be taken subject to approval of the Building Official of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes. (2) Erosion control plans shall be submitted to and approved by the Building Official/City Engineer in conjunction with obtaining any grading permits. (3) Construction activities shall be restricted to the hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. , Monday through Saturday; unless permission to do otherwise is granted by the Director of Environmental Services. (4) The applicant, Green Hills Memorial Park, shall submit a revision to this Conditional Use Permit at a later date prior to the City's acceptance of their 15 year Master Plan for the further development of said cemetary.
