PC RES 1984-002RESOLUTION P.C. NO. 84-2 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES APPROVING REVISIONS TO THE APPROVED GRADING PLAN FOR TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 40640, CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 68, AND ALSO COASTAL PERMIT NO. 6 WHEREAS, Burrell Ltd. has requested approval to revise the approved grading plan for Tentative Tract Map 40640, Conditional Use Permit 68 and also approval of Coastal Permit No. 6; and WHEREAS, after notice issued pursuant to the provisions of the City's Development Code a public hearing was held on January 24, 1984, at which time all interested parties were given an opportunity to be heard and to present evidence. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That the proposed revision will improve the route of access to Lots 24 and 25 through a straighter and flatter driveway. Section 2: That by changing said route of access, the overall amount of grading and retention within the Tract will be reduced. Section 3: That the proposed revision may alter some pad elevations within the Tract; no previously established maximum ridge elevations will be changed. Section 4: That the proposed revision brings the overall amount of grading and retention into greater compliance with the Cityts Development Code, General Plan and Coastal Specific Plan., Section 5: That the proposed development, when located between the sea and the first public road, is in conformance with applicable public access and recreation policies of the Coastal Act. Section 6: For the foregoing reasons the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes hereby grants approval of a revision to the approved Grading Plan of Tentative Tract Map 40640 and Conditional Use Permit No. 68 (conditions marked Exhibit "A:, attached hereto); and also grants approval of Coastal Permit No. 6 subject to the amending condition No. 20, Exhibit "A". Condition No. 20, Exhibit "A", Resolution 81-87 is amended to read as follows: A twenty (20)'foot wide access easement over Lot 2 to Lot 1 and over Lot 24 to Lot 25 shall be provided and noted on the final map as shown on the revised Tentative Map."
