A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES GRANTING THE APPEAL OF HEIGHT
VARIATION NO. 191
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Ezell have appealed Height Variation
No. 191 to allow a twenty-five (25) foot addition at 30014 Via Victoria; and
WHEREAS, hearings were held on November 24, 1981, and December 8,
1981, at which times all interested parties were given an opportunity to be
heard and present evidence.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
PALOS VERDES DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS -
Section 1: That all notice requirements were met.
Section 2: That the proposed structure is designed and situated
in such a manner as to minimize view obstruction, because an alternate loca-
tion would eliminate the open space in the rear yard, and the roof line will
be constructed with a hip roof at the front to further minimize view obstruc-
tion.
Section 3: That there would be no significant cumulative impact
caused by allowing the addition.
Section 4: For the foregoing reasons, the Planning Commission of
the City of Rancho Palos Verdes hereby grants the appeal and approves Height
Variation No. 191.
