A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES APPROVING
VARIANCE NO. 73
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. C. K. Ho have requested a variance to allow a
recently constructed single-family residence that exceeds the --thirty (30)
foot height limit by five (5) feet, at 6831 Alta Vista Drive, Rancho
Palos Verdes; and
WHEREAS, after notice pursuant to the City's Development Code, a
public hearing was held on November 10, 1981, at which time all interested
parties were given an opportunity to be heard and present evidence.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS
VERDES DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That an administrative error occurred in the issuance of
building permits for the single-family residence and said construction is
not detrimental to the public welfare.
Section 2: For the foregoing reasons, the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Palos Verdes hereby grants approval of Variance No. 73.
