,RESOLUTION P.C. NO. 78-44
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES RECOMMENDING TO THE
CITY COUNCIL ZONE CHANGE NO. 3
WHEREAS, the City has initiated Zone Change No. 3; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing on this matter on
September 26, 1978, at which time all interested parties were given an opportunity
to be heard and present evidence;
,,NOW, THEREFORE, the Planning Commission,6f the City of Rancho Palos Verdes
does hereby recommend to the City Council as follows:
Section 1: The Planning Commission has reviewed and considered the Initial
Study for Environmental Assessment No. 332 in reaching its decision to recommend
approval of said Zone Change. Further, the Planning Commission finds that the
approval of this Zone Change will not result in significant adverse environmental
impact to the City.
Section 2: The Planning Commission has reviewed adjacent land uses and
zoning and has found that the Zone Change is compatible with uses in the immediate
area.
Section 3: The Planning Commission finds that the proposed Zone Change is
consistent with the General Plan (Amendment No. 4).
Section 4: The Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes hereby
recommends approval -of Zone Change No. 3, which amends the zoning designation on
Lots I through 8 of Tract 27832 to Residential Multiple Family Twelve (12) units
per acre (RM -12).
