PC RES 1978-033RESOLUTION NO. P.C. 78 - 33 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES APPROVING THE REACTIVATION OF TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 6879 WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 6879 has been filed and approved on September 14, 1976, which requests approval to realign property lines for three (3) contiguous lots, located at 10, 12, and 14 Diamonte Lane; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the request for reactivation of approval of Tentative Parcel Map 6879 at the meeting of April 11, 1978, at which time all interested parties were given the opportunity to be heard; NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That approval of the Tentative Parcel Map will not generate new lots or improvements, but will realign existing property lines. Section 2: That the lot line adjustments will be consistent with the provisions of the General Plan and Development Code. Section 3: That the lot line adjustments will not cause substantial damage to the environment or injure fish, wildlife, or their habitat. Section 4: That the lot line adjustments will not cause serious public health problems. Section 5: That the lot line adjustment will not conflict with easements. Section 6: That the lot line adjustment will not adversely affect the use, enjoyment or valuation of property of other persons located in the vicinity. Section 7: For the foregoing reasons, the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes hereby grants approval to reactivate Tentative Parcel Map No. 6879, subject to the attached conditions marked Exhib1t "A", which are necessary to protect the health, safety, and general welfare in the area. The final parcel map should show that Diamonte Lane is a private driveway. 2. Approval of this map expires within 12 months of this date. 3. The City's final parcel map fee shall be paid Prior to final approval.
