CC RES 1975-006 RESOLUTION NO. 75-6 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES, CALIFORNIA, CONSENTING TO THE TRANSFER OF CERTAIN TERRITORY FROM THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES AND THE ANNEXATION THEREOF BY THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS ESTATES. WHEREAS, a petition has been received by the City Council of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes, California, requesting that the property described in Exhibits "A" and "B" , attached hereto and made a part hereof, be trans- ferred from the City of Rancho Palos Verdes and annexed by the City of Rolling Hills Estates; and WHEREAS, said petition is signed by all of the owners of the property described in Exhibits "A" and "B" . NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The territory described in Exhibits "A" and "B" is presently included and located within the city limits of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes. Section 2. The City Council of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes, California hereby consents to the transfer of the territory described in Exhibits "A" and "B" , from the City of Rancho Palos Verdes, and the annex- ation of said territory by the City of Rolling Hills Es- tates. Section 3. The Clerk is directed to file a copy of this Resolution with the Board of Supervisors of the County of Los Angeles, California. APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of January , 19 75.
