TEENA CLIFTON, being first duly sworn, deposes and says :
1. She is now and at all times mentioned herein was the
City Clerk of the City of Rolling Hills , a municipal corporation.
2. The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills has •
heretofore conducted proceedings relating to annexation of
certain uninhabited contiguous territory under the "Annexation
of Uninhabited Territory Acto of 1939" , and Government Code
Sections 35 ,300 - 35 , 326.
3 . All requirements of the law relating to the proceedings
designated in Paragraph 2 above have been complied with.
4. The certificate of the Secretary of- State describing
the document in his office, which certificate is required to
complete the proceedings , is attached to this affidavit. The
document referred to was filed with the Secretary of State on
July 7 , 1977 .
5 . A certified copy of the boundary descriptions as set
forth in the proceedings is attached hereto, together with a
map delineating the boundary, and both are incorporated by
this reference.
