ORD 330 ORDINANCE NO. 330
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS
VERDES ESTABLISHING FOUR 20-MINUTE TIME LIMIT
PARKING SPACES ON MIRALESTE PLAZA
WHEREAS, Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code authorizes the City to
prohibit or restrict the stopping, parking or standing of vehicles on certain streets within
the City; and
WHEREAS, Section 21458 of the California Vehicle Code authorizes the local
authorities to enact local parking regulations and indicate them by the use of paint
upon curb;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS
VERDES ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Two "20-minute parking" time limit parking spaces are hereby
established on the east side of Miraleste Plaza in the vicinity of 1, 3, and 5 Miraleste
Plaza as shown on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference.

Section 2. Two "20-minute parking" time limit parking spaces are hereby
established on the east side of Miraleste Plaza in the vicinity of 29, 29A, and 30
Miraleste Plaza, as shown on Exhibit "A".
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered to file certified copies of this
Ordinance with the Los Angeles County Sheriffs Office.
Section 4. The parking restrictions as established in Section 1 and Section 2
of this Ordinance shall become effective upon the effective date of this ordinance and
the posting of the appropriate signs and/or curb markings.
