ORD 269 ORDINANCE NO. 269
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES,
CALIFORNIA RELATING TO DEDICATIONS FOR SUBDIVISIONS
RELATING TO PARK IMPROVEMENTS AND AMENDING THE RANCHO
PALOS VERDES MUNICIPAL CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 16.20. 100 E of Chapter 16.20 of Title 16
of the Rancho Palos Verdes Municipal Code is hereby amended by
amending paragraph 3 thereof to read as follows:
3 . Use of Money. The money collected under
this section shall be used only for the purpose of developing new
or rehabilitating existing neighborhood or community park or
recreational facilities reasonably related to serving the
subdivision, including the purchase of necessary land and/or
improvement of such land for park or recreational purposes.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of gust, 1991.
