AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES
REGULATING PARK USAGE AND AMENDING THE RANCHO
PALOS VERDES MUNICIPAL CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
$ectiQn *I. Chapter 12.16.045 is added to Title 12 of the Rancho Palos
Verdes Municipal Code to read as follows:
12.16.045 Aircraft. No person shall land, release, take off in, or fly
in any balloon designed to carry passengers, helicopter,parasail, hang
glider, or other aircraft from any City owned land except in areas spe-
cifically set aside therefore or with the express written permission from
the City.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of Jul,, 991.
