AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS
VERDES AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 108 AS AMENDED
BY ORDINANCE NOS. 118U, 120U, 123U, 128U,
130U, 131U, 139U, 140U, 143U, 148U, AND 155U
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Subsections (d) and (e) of Section 4 of Ordinance No. 108U,
as amended are revised to read as follows:
Section 4: (d) City Council or City Redevelopment Agency Board di-
rected Environmental Assessment or Environmental Impact Report.
(e) City Council or City Redevelopment Agency Board ap-
proved projects to mitigate the potential for landslide.
