Municipal Code is amended to read:
2. 04. 020 Regular meetings. Regular meetings g g of the
city council shall be
held on the first and third and,
when applicable, the fifth Tuesda s of each month of seven-thirty y nth at the
ty p.m. in the council chambers except
as follows:
A. When an official election is conducted in the
city on the first, third or fifth Tuesday o f
y any month,
the meeting shall be held
on the next succeeding day which
is not a holiday.
B. When an official city holiday falls on
third or fifth Tuesda y the first,
Tuesday of any month, the meeting shall be
held on the next succeeding day which is not a
holiday.
