AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 177U
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Sections 2 of Ordinance No. 162U which was extended
by Ordinance No. 177U is amended as follows:
Section 2. No application for a conditional use permit
except for a cemetery or institutional use including
structures, subdivision map, parcel map, or zone change
for property located in the "Eastview" area shall be
accepted, processed, or issued by the City.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED September 18, 1984.
