AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
PALOS VERDES REPEALING CERTAIN
CONFLICT OF INTEREST PROVISIONS
AND AMENDING THE RANCHO PALOS
VERDES MUNICIPAL CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 2. 5 - Conflict of
Interests of Article II of the Rancho Palos
Verdes Municipal Code is hereby repealed.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th day
of February, 1981 by the following vote:
AYES: DYDA, SHAW & MAYOR HEIN
