AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES AMENDING
THE RANCHO PALOS VERDES MUNICIPAL CODE IN REGARDS TO
DATES OF REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 2403.A., of Chapter 4 of Article II of the Rancho Palos
Verdes Municipal Code is amended to read:
A. Regular Meetings: Regular meetings of the Rancho Palos Verdes
City Council shall be held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month at the
hour of 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers except as follows:
(a) When an official election is conducted in the City on the 1st
or 3rd Tuesday of any month, the meeting shall be held on the next succeeding
day which is not a holiday.
(b) When an official City holiday falls on the 1st or 3rd Tuesday
of any month, the meeting shall be held on the next succeeding day which is
not a holiday.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 4 day of December, 1979, by the
following vote:
AYES: RYAN, BUERK, HEIN, DYDA, and MAYOR SHAW
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
