AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RANCHO. PAWS VERDES
REMOVING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM THE EXISTING
MORATORIUM ON CERTAIN PERMITS AND MAPS AND
AMENDING ORDINANCES NOS. 54 AND 54U OF THE CITY
OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS
Section 1. The City Council hereby finds, determines and ordains

of Ordi3 ances Nos. 54 and 54U of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes ,
as 'to that,*certain property and area hereinafter described, is not re-
quired. in order to protect the public peace, health, safety or wel-
fare 1'by' reason of the nature, character, condition and state of devel-
opment thereof and the nature, character, land use and condition of
development of properties adjacent thereto and immediately surrounding
the same.
Section 2. Said Ordinances Nos. 54 and 54U are hereby amended
and-the moratorium on building, grading, sewer and other permits for
new construction and the processing or approval of tentative maps ,
final maps or parcel maps provided for in said Ordinances Nos . 54 and
54U _is hereby terminated as to the property and area within the City
of Rancho Palos Verdes, State of California, identified as follows
That certain parcel shown on the copy of County
Assessor' s Map #51, constituting a portion of Lots
115 and 116 and commonly known as 100 Vanderlip Drive.
" ' ' • . Said map is on file in the office of the Director of
Planning marked "Exemption To Moratorium, Ord. No. 56
and is incorporated herein by reference,
for the purpose of construction of one dwelling unit and one garage
only
Section 3 . That certain map adopted by and incorporated by
reference in said Ordinances Nos. 54 and 54U is hereby amended to
delete from the portion of the City outlined in red thereon the
property and area described herein.

Section 4 . Except as hereinabove specifically provided, said
Ordinances Nos 54 and 54U shall remain in full force and effect
in accordance with their terms, specifically including without
limitation the provision thereof prohibiting the issuance of
building, grading, sewer and other permits for new construction
and the processing or approval of tentative maps, final maps or •
parcel maps.
