AN ORDINANCE, OF THE CITY. OF RANCHO. PALOS
VERDES PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN :LAND. USES
UNDER CONDITIONAL USE .PERMITS. IN. .RESIDEN-
TIAL ZONES. AND. AMENDING THE. '.RANC.H.O. PALOS
VERDES MUNICIPAL CODE
THE :C I TY. COUNCIL. OF THE. CITY. OF RANCHO. PALOS VERDES DOES.
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS.:
Section .1.. The Rancho. Palos Verdes. Municipal Code
is hereby amended b y. adding Section 9104. in Chapter 1,
Article IX to read:
"Section 9104... Amendment to Zoning Ordinance.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9100,
said Zoning Ordinance is amended by adding subsection (29)
to Section 223.5 (a) to. read:
' (29) Colleges and universities,
including appurtenant facilities, giving
advanced academic instruction approved
by the State Board of Education or other
recognized accredited agency, but ex-
cluding trade or commercial schools. ' "
