AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
PALOS VERDES REMOVING CERTAIN PROPERTY
FROM THE EXISTING MO RA.TORIUM ON CERTAIN
PERMITS AND MAPS AND AMENDING ORDINANCES
NOS , 16 AND 16U AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE
NO 29U OF T 7 CITY O RANCHO O PAL OS VERDES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY of RANCHO PALOS VERDES DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLO W
Section 1. The City Council hereby finds ,
determines and ordains that the continuation of the moratorium
upon building, grading, sewer and other permits for new

construction and the processing or approval of tentative maps ,
final maps or parcel maps , provided for by Section 3 of
Ordinances Nos . 16 and 16U as amended by Ordinance No. 29U of
the City of Rancho Palos Verdes , as to that certain property and
area outlined in blue on the map hereto attached as Exhibit "A"
and made a part art hereof is not required in order to protect
the public peace, health, safety or welfare by reason of the

nature, character and condition of such property and area and
the nature, character, land use and condition of development of
properties adjacent erties ad •acent thereto and immediately surrounding the
same. •
Section 2. Said Ordinances Nos . 16 and 16U. as
amended by Ordinance No. 29U are hereby amended and the morator-
ium on building, grading, sewer and other permits for new
construction and the processing or approval of tentative maps ,
final or maps parcel maps provided for in said Ordinances Nos .

to delete from the portion of the City outlined in red thereon
the rop ert and area outlined in blue on Exhibit "A" attached

Section 4. Except as hereinabove specifically
