AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES
ADOPTING BY REFERENCE, PURSUANT TO SECTION
50022 .2 OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE, ORDINANCE NO.
7583 OF THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES ENTITLED "AN
ORDINANCE ADOPTING A HEALTH CODE" AND AMENDING
THE RANCHO PALOS VERDES MUNICIPAL CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 5100 of the Rancho Palos Verdes
Municipal Code is amended to read as follows:
"5100. Health Code Adopted. Ordinance No. 7583
of the County of Los Angeles, being the Health Code
of the County of Los Angeles, as amended and in effect
on June 1, 1974 , is hereby adopted, and may be referred
to, as the Health Code of the City of Rancho Palos
Verdes.
"Three (3) copies of said Ordinance No. 7583 ,
as so amended, of the County of Los Angeles , have
been deposited in the office of the City Clerk of
the City of Rancho Palos Verdes and shall be main-
tained by said City Clerk for use and examination
by the public. "
