ORD 025 ORDINANCE NO. 25
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES
PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN LAND USES UNDER CONDITIONAL
USE PERMITS AND AMENDING THE INTERIM ZONING ORDI-
NANCE AND ORDINANCES NO. 16 AND NO. 16U OF THE
CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES HEREBY
ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
11/ Section 1. The Interim Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Rancho Palos Verdes, Los Angeles County Ordinance No. 1494
adopted by reference by Ordinances No. 16 and No. 16U of the
City of Rancho Palos Verdes, and said Ordinances No. 16 and
No. 16U of this City, are hereby amended by adding a new sec-
tion 4 . 5 in said Ordinances No. 16 and No. 16U to read as
follows :
"Section 4 . 5 . Notwithstanding the provisions of
Section 1 hereof adopting said Los Angeles County
Ordinance No. 1494 by reference as the Interim Zoning
Ordinance, said Ordinance No. 1494 is amended by
inserting in Section 223.5 thereof, entitled TZone
R-A - Uses Subject to Permits, ' an item 9 .5 to read:
' (9. 5) Endocrinology laboratory where on the
same lot or parcel as a legally established
school. ' "
