REGULAR MEETING
MARCH 7, 2017
The meeting was called to order at 11:07 P.M. by Chair Campbell at Fred Hesse
Community Park, 29301 Hawthorne Blvd.
Improvement Authority roll call was answered as follows:
PRESENT: Brooks, Duhovic, Dyda, Misetich, and Chair Campbell
ABSENT: None
Also present were Executive Director Doug Willmore, Agency Counsel Dave Aleshire,
Assistant Executive Director Gabriella Yap, Director of Community Development Ara
Mihranian, Director of Recreation and Parks Cory Linder, Director of Public Works
Michael Throne, Deputy City Clerk Teresa Takaoka, and City Clerk Emily Colborn.
Also present was Captain Dan Beringer, Lomita Station, Los Angeles County Sheriffs
Department.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
Commissioner Brooks moved, seconded by Commissioner Dyda, to approve the
Agenda, as presented.
The motion carried as follows:
