The meeting was called to order at 7 : 47 p.m.
PRESENT: Bacharach, Hinchliffe (7: 55) , Rosenberg, McTaggart
ABSENT: Hughes
ALSO PRESENT: Director of Planning Hightower
TREE ORDINANCE The results of the October 22 field
trip were discussed.
The following revisions were made to the draft ordinance:
Section 9690,A Delete "private" in line 2 ; change "other" in
line 4 to "private"
9691,A Delete "private"
9692 ,A,1 (last sentence) A primary viewing area may be
from inside the residence, or from an estab-
lished recreational area outside at pad level
within one foot of the foundation horizontally,
and measured at five feet above the principal
floor elevation.
9691. 1,B . . .do not exceed a line projecting from an
existing residence ridge line to the top of
the slopeuon an u sloping lot. . .
9695 ,A, 3 . . .view or vista as determined by the Committee
from the. . .
It was decided that staff will incorporate these revisions into the draft
and the Commission will then schedule another continuedvhearing.
