A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES FIXING THE AMOUNT OF
REVENUE NECESSARY TO BE RAISED BY AD VALOREM
TAX FOR THE 1976-77 FISCAL YEAR
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES DOES
HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The amount of revenue from property
taxes necessary to support the departments of the City of
Rancho Palos Verdes for the current 1976-77 fiscal year
and to pay any indebtedness of the City and accordingly
required to be raised by taxation of property is the sum
of $342, 030 .
Section 2. The City Clerk shall, within 15 days
of adoption hereof, publish this resolution in a newspaper
of general circulation published and circulated in the City.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this day of
1976, on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Dyda, Ruth, M. Ryan, R. Ryan and Buerk
NOES: None.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing is a true and
