CC RES 1980-038 RESOLUTION NO. 80-38
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES APPOINTING A MEMBER
AND ALTERNATE MEMBER OF SAID COUNCIL OF SAID
CITY TO THE CITY SELECTION COMMITTEE PURSUANT
TO PART 3 OF DIVISION 10 OF THE PUBLIC UTILITIES
CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the Southern California
Rapid Transit District Law, being Part 3 of Division 10 of the Public Util-
ities Code, Barbara Hein, a member of said City Council, is hereby appointed
as a member of the City Selection Committee, and Jacki Bacharach, a member of
said City Council, is hereby appointed as Alternate to said City Selection
Committee.
SECTION 2. That immediately after the adoption of this
resolution, the City Clerk shall without delay forward a certified copy there-
of to the Secretary of State and to the Secretary of the Southern California
Rapid Transit District.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution, shall cause the action of the City Council in adopting the
same to be entered in the official minutes of said City Council, and shall re-
tain this resolution, duly signed and executed by the proper City officials, in
the official records of said City.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of May, 1980.
