A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
93 -44, THE BUDGET APPROPRIATION FOR FISCAL
YEAR 1993 -1994, FOR ADDITIONAL PROPOSITION A
FUNDS FOR PV TRANSIT AND DIAL -A -RIDE
WHEREAS, Section 3.32 of the.City of Rancho Palos Verdes Municipal
Code provides that all expenditures in excess of budgeted
allocations must be by supplemental appropriation of the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, on May 18, 1993 the City Council of the City of Rancho
Palos Verdes adopted Resolution 93 -44, approving a spending plan
and authorizing a budget appropriation for the 1993-94 fiscal year ;
and
WHEREAS, a City Council has authorized additional Proposition A
funds for the City's contribution to PV Transit and Dial -A -Ride
BE IT, THEREFORE, RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO PALOS VERDES:
That the following adjustments be made to the Proposition A Fund:
Increase the appropriation for Miscellaneous Contractual Service by
$26,0000
