CC RES 1998-020 RESOLUTION NO. 98-20
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS
VERDES AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE
PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT FOR ADMINISTERING AGENCY-
STATE FOR THE FEDERAL-AID PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Rancho Palos Verdes wishes to participate in the
Federal-Aid Transportation Enhancement Act (TEA) program to fund a portion of
its Capital Improvement Program; and
WHEREAS, the City's application for Preliminary Engineering of the Palos
Verdes Drive West and South Scenic Turnouts was approved and the City must
now execute the program supplement agreement with the State of California;
and
WHEREAS, the approved Federal-Aid was for the preliminary
engineering of two scenic turnouts at Palos Verdes Drive West and South.
BE IT, THEREFORE, RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to
sign the program supplement agreement for the Federal-Aid project listed above.
PASSED,APPROVED, AND ADOPTED THE 7TH DAY OF APRIL, 1998.
